I take US 380 east from Little Elm, about 20 minutes, and Prosper calls stack neatly with Savannah and Paloma Creek North. Prosper sits on the Collin County side on NTMWD water, which is the harder supply, so scale in dishwashers and slow ice makers are a bigger share of my calls here than in Little Elm.
What I see in Prosper homes
- Windsong Ranch and Star Trail
- Highland, Shaddock, Drees and American Legend homes from the mid-2010s on. Samsung packages from Highland, KitchenAid and Bosch in the upgraded kitchens, and a lot of first-failure calls on 5 to 8 year old equipment.
- Light Farms
- Toll Brothers, Drees and Shaddock. Built-in refrigerators and double wall ovens are common, and those need someone willing to pull them properly rather than a dispatch tech who has never seen one.
- Whitley Place, Legacy Gardens and Mosaic
- Larger custom and semi-custom homes with premium equipment. I'll tell you honestly when a part has to come from the manufacturer and what the wait looks like.
- Older Prosper near downtown
- The pre-2010 homes around Broadway and Coleman Street are simpler and on their second set of appliances.
