- Homes from 2002 to 2019 by Landon, Beazer, Gehan, Lennar, Meritage and Ryland. Lots of original Whirlpool and GE laundry pairs on their first real repair, and Samsung and Frigidaire kitchen packages from the later phases.
- Paloma Creek and Frisco Hills
- Paloma Creek South's first phases finished in 2005, so the earliest kitchens there are 20 years in. Frisco Hills is newer, mostly Grand Homes from 2012 on, with builder warranties long expired.
- Union Park
- Hillwood's community from 2014 onward with Highland, Drees, Coventry, American Legend and later Del Webb 55-plus homes. Highland ships Samsung packages, so Samsung ice makers and dishwashers are a regular stop for me here.
- The lakefront and apartments
