When you call, you get me.
Owner-operated appliance repair in Little Elm, Frisco and The Colony. $75 diagnostic, waived with the repair.

What I fix
Most major washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, stoves and cooktops. Repairs, installs and the maintenance that keeps you from needing me.

You'll always work directly with me
Affordable, friendly, honest, and dependable. That's what you can expect when you work with me. I'm an experienced appliance repair technician specializing in appliance repair and maintenance, and I bring over 4 years of hands-on experience to every job.
As a one-person business, you'll always work directly with me, from the first message to the final test of your appliance. I focus on clear communication, fair pricing, and repairs that last.
No dispatcher
You talk to the person who is actually coming out. Not a call center that sends whoever is free.
Same technician every time
The one who diagnosed it is the one who comes back with the part. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.
A text before I arrive
You get a heads-up when I'm on the way, and a straight repair price before any work starts.
Honest about replacing
If the machine isn't worth fixing, I'll say so. Several reviews on this site are from people I told not to spend money.
How a visit works
The $75 service call fee is per appliance diagnosed. It covers me coming out and finding the problem, it holds your appointment, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
Installations need half the install fee upfront to reserve the slot. I take Apple Pay, Cash, Credit card, Venmo, Zelle.
You message or call, and we set the appointment.
I send the request for the $75 service call fee. Paying it holds your slot and confirms the appointment.
I confirm the date, time window and address with you.
On the day, I text you a heads-up when I'm on the way.
I diagnose the appliance at your home and give you the repair cost.
You decide. If you go ahead, the $75 comes off the repair.
If a part is needed I order it and come back to finish the job.
What people say after I leave
